Stefka Peykova Krishnan

Stefka Peykova Krishnan

Stefi P. Krishnan is a co-founder of the Bulgarian Design Council and a Principal Product Designer at eHealth NSW, working within Australia’s largest public health system. Her work sits at the crossroad of design, co-creation, systems, futures and responsible AI innovation in complex, high-stakes environments where trust, inclusion, and public value matter deeply.

She previously led the end-to-end design of a precision medicine platform for the Children’s Cancer Institute that supported clinical decision-making and was recognised with Best in Class for Service Design at the Australian Good Design Awards.

In the age of AI, Stefi is especially interested in upstream design: design as a strategic practice for navigating ambiguity, consequence, and institutional change. Her current work investigates how interfaces shape human behaviour, how AI changes decision-making, and how design can protect dignity, context, and meaning in systems increasingly optimised for speed.

Dr Alisha Damani

Dr Alisha Damani

Dr Alisha is a physician, executive leadership coach and keynote speaker who works at the intersection of medicine, neuroscience and self mastery.

For over a decade she has worked with CEOs, founders, physicians and C-suite leaders, helping these leaders close the gap between external success and internal coherence. Her methodology draws on clinical medicine, heart coherence as well as validated leadership models to help you understand not just how you perform, but the subtle ways that performance degrades under pressure - and what it takes to restore the internal conditions for sustained, clean leadership and execution.

Her work sits deliberately at the edge of what most leadership development brushes over: the body at a cellular level, nervous system engagement and energy, and the alignment between a leader's intelligence fields.

She has spoken globally and she brings the same precision and depth to a keynote stage that she brings to her clinical practice.

I'm a Generative AI & ML Engineer based in Austin, TX — and I genuinely believe we're living through the most exciting moment in the history of computing. I've spent the last 8+ years turning that belief into production systems that actually move needles.
Right now, I work as a **Senior AI Engineer at [Twin Health](https://www.twinhealth.com/)**, where I architect multi-agent AI platforms for personalized digital health. The work hits close to home in the most literal sense: the AI systems I build — ones that ingest real-time wearable data, interpret lab results, and deliver hyper-personalized diet and nutrition guidance — have contributed to a **37% Type 2 diabetes reversal rate** across our patient population. That's not a dashboard metric. That's people reclaiming their health.
Before Twin Health, I spent over a year at **Cigna Health** building Generative AI into the Prior Authorization process — a notoriously slow, paper-heavy corner of healthcare that desperately needed agentic intelligence. And before that, I spent two years at **Walmart Global Tech**, where I built a voice/text-driven AI tool that saved **130,000 associate work hours every single week**, and a RAG-based system that cut attribute-extraction costs by **80%** with **24× faster turnaround**. Large-scale impact is something I've come to expect from this work.

My path here wasn't strictly linear. I started as an Electrical Engineering undergraduate at **IIT Roorkee**, pivoted into data science at **Indiana University – Bloomington** (where I earned a Master's and the Luddy Outstanding Research Award), and along the way published research at **NeurIPS** (Best Paper) and **ACM COMPASS**. More recently, I completed an **MBA in Entrepreneurship** from University of the Cumberlands — because building great AI isn't just an engineering challenge, it's a product and people challenge too.

Timothy Moore

Timothy Moore

Hello. I'm Tim. It has been a long strange trip to my becoming a motivational-inspirational speaker. I have always loved speaking with people either one-on-one or in groups. As an IT Professional for over 36 years, I have had to interact with many different types of people in many different industries doing many different things. I have spoken in church both informally and as a Lay Minister in the Methodist and Disciples of Christ denominations. I am also an Adjunct Instructor at a local community college and a local university.

I have always thought that my life was pretty normal. After I graduated from college and entered the "real world" I came to understand that my life had some twists and turns. I came to realize that I have suffered from depression and anxiety since childhood. It really didn't effect me until I became a father. I subconsciously decided to place my wife's happiness and my son's happiness before my own. When my son was almost 7, I had a mental break that caused me to seek help. I have learned, to a certain extent, what was causing mental issues and how to deal with them. I have had to seek help when things happened in my life to help make sense and be able to handle things well.

Recently my professional career has taken a downturn. I was working for a consulting company with government contracts. When government began reforming spending my contract was effected and I lost my position along with many of my colleagues. I expected to find another position but soon discovered that the IT market had changed and employers were very particular in what they were looking for. I do not have some of the experiences they are looking for and thus was not being consider for positions.
