Before giving his full attention to this work, he founded an integrative psychiatry practice with locations in two major California cities. He served as its chief executive and president for nearly 10 years, gaining experience that connected healthcare leadership, business operations, and entrepreneurship.

Dr. Bindal built his medical career as a board-certified psychiatrist and sleep specialist. During his years in practice, he cared for patients through traditional treatment methods, including medication management and counseling. He also offered newer treatment options, such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation therapy and intranasal ketamine treatment. His approach focused on helping patients make thoughtful care choices based on their needs, especially when standard treatments did not provide sufficient relief or improvement.

Ankur Bindal became known for his work in brain stimulation, especially Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. His experience included treating former professional football players, working professionals, physicians, underserved patients, and individuals from different parts of the world. This treatment is a non-invasive outpatient option that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate nerve cells in the brain. I am passionate about fostering mental health that helps teams perform under pressure.

I am driven to help people use performance psychology principles to improve their lives! After nearly 20 years as a sport and performance psychologist, I’ve learned that high performance is not only a set of tools but a way of being that we bring to everything we do. Yet, in several high performing industries, we’re behind in taking action on mental health—and in some ways I get it because how we’ve talked about mental health in these spaces doesn’t consider important nuances of high performance.

Fortunately, the message I share is informed by two decades of experience within several demanding industries that also have high mental health stigma including healthcare, higher education, and collegiate and professional sport (including collision sports, such as football and ice hockey). I’m also from a family of rural farmers, so my message is designed to reach even the most skeptical audience members! You can simply trust that what I have to say will reach the high performers on your team.

I’m a passionate and enthusiastic speaker (who might talk too fast at times) and am skilled at translating important concepts into practical strategies that you can immediately use. (You can thank my herding rescue dogs for helping me streamline my communication strategies!)

I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology, am a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC), and am a Licensed Psychologist, specializing in high performing populations. I am the Founder and CEO of Haugen Performance Consulting, a firm that provides education, training, and performance psychology solutions for sport organizations, corporations, and professionals. I've held a variety of positions including the Director of Mental Health and Performance Psychology at a Division I NCAA member institution and former Board member (2017-2019) and Past-President (2018-2019) of the North Dakota State Board of Psychologist Examiners (NDSBPE).

Throughout my career, I have actively involved in training the next generation of healthcare leaders. I am an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Psychology at the University of North Dakota and former faculty member at the Altru Family Medicine Residency (2016-2020). I continue providing mental health and performance psychology training to sports medicine fellows in physical therapy, athletic training students, and graduate students in clinical and counseling psychology. In 2023, I was also awarded the prestigious Jack Weakley Award of Distinction from the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) for lifetime contributions to athletics, athletic training, and sports medicine, and I am the first mental health professional to receive this award.

Dino Crnalic

Dino Crnalic

Dino Crnalic is an entrepreneur and executive whose professional journey reflects steady progress built on discipline, patience, and responsibility. He immigrated to the United States in 1999 and began shaping his future through education and consistent effort. Adjusting to a new environment required humility and perseverance, which influenced his long-term perspective on opportunity and work. Rather than pursuing rapid recognition, he focused on learning how systems function, earning trust through dependable actions, and developing habits that support stability, accountability, and sustainable professional growth over time.

Dino completed his university education while competing as a collegiate athlete, balancing academic expectations with the structure and demands of organized sports. This stage of life requires focus, resilience, and strong time management. Daily training and competition reinforced the importance of preparation, teamwork, and composure under pressure, while academic responsibilities emphasized consistency and follow-through. These experiences helped him understand the value of shared effort and personal accountability, lessons that later shaped his approach to leadership and decision-making in professional settings.

Crnalic began his professional career in the health and fitness industry, gaining early exposure to both customer engagement and operational execution. Work in the supplement and retail environment provided practical insight into consumer education, ethical responsibility, and the importance of consistency in daily business activities. During this time, he remained personally committed to training and continued expanding his understanding of conditioning and health management. This balance between hands-on experience and continued learning helped him develop a realistic and grounded view of the industry.

Dino Crnalic later transitioned into gym ownership, operating two fitness facilities over a combined twelve-year period. These businesses grew steadily and eventually employed more than one hundred individuals across training, operations, and administrative roles. He remained directly involved in hiring, staff development, scheduling, and operational oversight. Managing teams of this size required patience, clear communication, and consistent standards, particularly during periods of growth, staffing challenges, and ongoing changes within the fitness industry.

Dino gained meaningful entrepreneurial experience through the long-term operation and expansion of these fitness businesses. The facilities served individuals with a wide range of experience levels, requiring adaptability and respect for personal goals. One location received public attention for its scale and long-term vision, reflecting careful planning rather than rushed growth. These years reinforced lessons in financial discipline, customer retention, and the importance of maintaining service quality during both stable periods and times of economic uncertainty.

Crnalic expanded his professional focus beyond gym ownership into executive leadership and capital development. He has participated in raising more than twenty million dollars in capital for business ventures, working with investors to support growth while maintaining accountability. He currently serves in a chief operating officer role in the health care sector, overseeing operational systems and contributing to organizational strategy. This position reflects years of experience managing people, processes, and long-term performance expectations with consistency and care.

Dino Crnalic maintains a regular fitness routine as part of daily life, including strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and structured conditioning. He also pursues challenging outdoor activities that require preparation, focus, and an appreciation of risk. Experiences such as deep-water scuba diving and skiing reinforce discipline and composure under demanding conditions. These activities are approached as personal practices that support balance, mental clarity, and long-term physical well-being rather than external recognition.

Dino places strong importance on family, integrity, and responsibility in both personal and professional life. He is a devoted father who prioritizes presence, guidance, and shared experiences while also caring for close family members. After experiencing the loss of his wife to severe illness in 2011, he committed time and effort to charitable support through an established organization. This period reinforced values of compassion, consistency, and long-term commitment that continue to guide his decisions and actions.

Samantha Goldberg, MSW

Samantha Goldberg, MSW

What happens when a clinically trained social worker builds a multi-seven-figure business from the ground up, and then watches her entire team walk out the door? If you're Samantha Goldberg, you don't retreat. You rebuild. And then you take everything you learned about shame, failure, and what real leadership actually requires, and you bring it to every stage you can find.

Samantha Goldberg, MSW, is a clinically trained social worker, entrepreneur, executive coach, and keynote speaker who works at the intersection of shame resilience, leadership, and self-worth. Named a Woman of Steel by PNC Bank and the Pittsburgh Steelers, she's on a mission to help people show up boldly and lead intentionally--without shame, imposter syndrome, or fear of failure calling the shots.

Samantha is the Founder & CEO of a group mental health therapy practice and multidisciplinary wellness hub in Pittsburgh established in 2018, built around a staffing model centered on business mentorship and entrepreneurial support. She built her practice into a large multimillion dollar operation, navigated a significant organizational crisis, and rebuilt it with radical transparency--an experience that grounds every framework she teaches in real operational leadership, not just research. Through her executive coaching and speaking platform, Unleashed Impact, she helps leaders and high achievers break free from shame, imposter syndrome, and the confidence barriers holding them back. She also serves as a private practice business consultant, providing business coaching to group practice owners across the country.

With 15+ years in the field, Samantha brings rare clinical depth to the leadership conversation--delivering keynotes that are equal parts research-backed and disarmingly honest, turning complex psychological frameworks into tools that actually change how people lead. Samantha is known for her sharp wit, radical honesty, and an uncanny ability to make a room full of high-achievers feel deeply seen--and ready to move.

Off stage, she lives in Pittsburgh with her first responder partner, two dogs, and a cat who has never once struggled with self-worth.

I am an entrepreneur in the technology and health sectors, with a background in physics and medical devices, wound care and strategic marketing, plus Microsoft and related technologies. I'm down to 1 active company, Novia Works Ltd., having exited Kinata Ltd and Cloud2 Ltd on my road to semi-retirement.
I am fascinated by the impacts that technology has on people, business and society. I'm frequently an early adopter but have little time for marketing fluff and manipulative bandwagons.
I am a Microsoft MVP and Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Hull. I'm also a lead author on the growing Maturity Model for M365 (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/community/index_mm4m365/?WT.mc_id=M365-MVP-5004811)

My articles and editorials have been published in a variety of knowledge management, clinical benchmarking and health journals as well as PC Pro magazine. I am a co-facilitator of the M365 North User Group. Other musings appear in my blog at https://noviaworks.co.uk.
I am passionate about rather too many things, including science, music (I write and play guitar & mandola), skiing, classic cars and sustainability and technology.
